Custom 16in Texas plaque. Each plaque comes painted white on the back, which is great for signing with fine tip permanent markers. The plaques are clear coated to preserve the natural beauty of the wood and seal the engraving. Porosity of the wood and environmental factors

1. Name of person as it appears on awards
2. Month-Year of both check-in and check-out 
3. Command name
4. Rank to be engraved
5. Optional engravables- Warfare Device(s) and Rate if not putting Rank
